TOUR DATES

Special discounted Minibus Tours have been scheduled during the first two weeks of October 2019. Please see the separate box on this page for scheduled tour dates.

Note: The exact itinerary for tours will be decided nearer the departure date depending on the flowering times of different species, seasonal and road conditions and time since fire in different reserves.

BOOKING TOURS

Minibus Tours must be booked directly through the TicketTailor secure booking system on this page (see separate box).

 

COST OF TOURS

A maximum of twelve passengers can be comfortably seated in the air-conditioned Minibus. Cost includes your personal wildflower and bird guide and National Park entrance fees where applicable. For the Minibus tours, please bring your own snacks, water and picnic lunches.

Minibus Full-Day Tours: Adults $120, Concession $90, Children 5–15 years $50.

TOUR PAYMENTS

Minibus Tours must be booked and fully paid through the secure TicketTailor booking system in the separate box on this page. Tours must be booked at least 72 hours prior to all Full-Day Minibus Tours, subject to availability.

A booking confirmation advice email and ticket will be emailed to guests after bookings are made. Please bring tickets along to board the minibus.

CANCELLATIONS

All Southern Flora Minibus Tours will proceed with six or more guests, unless there is a severe weather warning or bushfire warning affecting the tour area or other unforeseen events. In the case of such cancellations, or less than six bookings per tour, guests will be informed at least 24 hours prior to expected departure. All monies paid for the tour will be refunded in full, unless an alternative tour option is available and accepted.

Any cancellation by a guest of a Minibus Tour, if the cancellation is received by Southern Flora in writing more than 7 days before the tour day, then all monies will be refunded in full. Please use the Contact Form to advise Southern Flora of any cancellations.

If written cancellation is received 7 days or less from the tour day, then a $25 booking fee per person will be retained and the balance refunded. No refund is available for cancellation of a booked tour within 48hr of the tour, or no show on the day of the tour.
